Rental Associate – Ski, Snowboard & Bike
PREMIUM Mountain Rentals is a locally owned Whistler rental shop built by mountain enthusiasts. We offer a high-energy, customer-focused rental experience alongside a relaxed shop environment with music and an espresso lounge.
We’re hiring friendly, energetic people to join our rental team for the winter/summer season.
✔ What you’ll do
Fit and set up ski, snowboard, and bike rentals
Help guests choose the right equipment and gear
Process transactions using Lightspeed POS
Support retail sales, merchandising, and shop presentation
Assist with opening, closing, and general shop upkeep
Deliver great guest service in a fast-paced environment
✔ What we’re looking for
Strong customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Comfortable working in a busy retail/rental environment
No industry experience required — training provided.
✔ Nice to have
Rental or retail experience
Customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
Interest in skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking
✔ What we offer
$20–$21/hr (based on experience)
